Scarlet Lime Recycle Challenge

I have had this chip container for over a month with plans to alter it, but like many of my "collections" it just sits there...that is until I was sparked into action by Scarlet Lime's current challenge to recycle a container in your stash! Just the push I needed to transform this oh so useful container into a paint brush holder! And of course, I wanted to dig into my Scarlet Lime stash, so I used a kit from June 2009...yep I said it 2009! But the beautiful thing is that the exclusive papers and embellies from the SL kits are timeless!

Anyway, as you can see I also created a little SheArt girl for my container too. I learned so much in the SheArt class and so need to create more of these neat little girls! Hindsight is 20/20 and I wish I would have used book paper to cover the blue parts of the container and added some ink splatters and mist, but oh well it's finished and I'm happy with it! Next time, next time. Well, I'm off to make a mini album from my scraps, hmmm maybe a SheArt girl will show up there too....
