Docerela Creations New Challenge!!!!

HAPPY FRIDAY, ROCKSTARS!!!!!

If you haven't noticed, I LOVE Fridays!!! Woohoo!!! And, I especially love Fridays that include a new Docerela Creations challenge!!!! Today starts a new challenge so you have plenty of time to get entered to win one of her supercute stamp sets! Ready, Set, Let's Go....

Challenge: Create any project of your choice.  Must use a decorative edge, border punch or cricut and sentiment.

It started off as a card for a friend who is going through a rough time and needs a little reminder that she is a ROCKSTAR! But, as I continue to look at it, I'm thinking it might evolve into a mini book...HMMM!....Well, I used the newest Docerela stamp set "Smash*it"!!! I'm telling you I love this set and I'm not kidding when I say....you need it!!!! Isn't it so fun!

Docerela Creations New Stamp Set Reveal!!!

Happy Friday,  Friends!!!! These days it seems like Fridays can't get here soon enough, but especially this Friday because we finally get to share this AWESOME new Docerela Creations Smash*it Stamp set with you!!!! Oh, I know I've said it before, but this set is my new favorite! And don't worry if you're not a SMASH-aholic, because this set is so versatile that you can use it on a ton of projects! So, I know you want to see it, but first let me tell you we also have a new challenge today....

OK, so for my project I decided to alter a little Martha Stewart notebook that I got on sale at Staples. Mini notebook plus the Docerela Smash*it stamp set equals MAJOR FUN!!! I will be using this notebook to jot down little notes and anecdotes that I may eventually want to scrapbook or just have a record of because my memory is definitely not what it use to be these days! LOL! There are so many great sentiments and images in this set that I literally wanted to squeeze all of them on here! But then I realized that it was probably not a  great idea. Heehee, so definitely look for more projects to come with  the new Smash*it set!!!!

Happy Friday Eve!!!!

Hey there! Well, I had megahugephenomenal plans to spend at least one entire day crafting during the long holiday weekend! And as usual, my beautiful plans were derailed by children who had other plans for me! Booo! So anyway, it has taken me 5 days to finish this little birthday card! I'm excited because I actually purchased my first ever Copic markers during a sale at Michael's last weekend even though i debated long and hard about returning them because they are so pricy and even with the sale I spent a ridiculous amount on "just markers"!  But oh well, I'm over it and just plan to add to them slowly by using the 50% coupons at Michaels! Oh so of course I have a lot to learn and first on my list is to invest in some Momento ink and higher quality paper so I won't have the ink bleeding and whatnot! Oh well, I still had fun playing and hope my little cousin will know that this was made with love! She's 6 so I'm sure she won't care that there are streaks, colors are bleeding, and that my shading and shadows are off, right? LOL!
